Harry founded Harry Clarke and Company in 1989, after a distinguished career within Osborne King Megran and the Halifax Building Society. Due to Harry’s professionalism, customer satisfaction and deservedly and continued good reputation, requirements for a Harry Clarke and Company Antrim office was a necessity to fulfil local demand in 1990*. Harry continues to drive the Ballymena office to be retained as one of the leading Estate Agencies in County Antrim. And with the ever increasing in demand for professional services he finds himself at the forefront of the field. Harry is a Fellow of the IAVI, and is the past Chairman of the Regional Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, and still plays an active role in the organisation.

Associate – Scott Edmondson BSc. (Est. Man) MIAVI FNAEA

Scott joined Harry Clarke and Company in 2006. After studying for a degree in Estate Management in Edinburgh and subsequently working in Scotland for 5 years, Scott returned to Northern Ireland to work in Belfast and Dublin. Now working in tandem with Harry, providing residential surveys, valuations and professional services. In addition, Scott is retained in Northern Ireland to act on behalf of the some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies such as, O2 (UK) Ltd, Hutchison 3G Ltd (“3”) and Vodafone Ltd, in the servicing and negotiation of Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Network Estate Management Services. Scott is an active member of the IAVI and a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents, and is a probationary member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
